This page provides information on how you can delete your Coinless account and any personal information associated with your Coinless account.

  • To delete your account, you can login to the Coinless app, go to the Profile link on the bottom right corner of the app, the click on the “Manage Account” button in the upper right. Once on the Manage Account screen, scroll to the bottom and click on the “Delete Account” button. Deleting your account will delete all of your credits and personal information and financial information none of which can be recovered once deleted.
  • Alternatively, you can send an email to with the subject line “Delete Account.” The body of the email should included your name, email, and phone number so that our team can properly identify your account. Once your request has been processed our team will reply to your email confirming the account deletion.
  • Once your account is deleted, all of your information will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
